Mactay is a major player within the HR Consulting space in Nigeria, and is one of the leading HR consulting firms in Lagos. As an organisation, they struggled with sorting and filtering CVs, as well as tracking applications of candidates they recruit on behalf of their clients.
The purpose of the project was to help the organisation (MacTay Consulting) to develop an application tracking system to help ease the pain of manually sorting through CVs during the process of recruiting new employees.
What We Did
After having a clear understanding of their needs, our team delivered an Application Tracking System that manages all aspects of the Recruitment Team’s activities such as application management, job post, tracking job seekers application, documentation with the system and all necessary notification across each stage. The application would also help to attract other employers to subscribe on the platform for a fee. The system helps to track the life cycle of job seeker and employers’ recruitment workflow and other related processes.
