OVH Energy is the cooperative arm of the Oil & Gas giant Oando Coop - a company operating within the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil & gas industry in Nigeria. As an organisation, OVH struggled with filtering, sorting, and tracking applications received during recruitment of new staff.
The purpose of the project was to help the organisation (OVH) to develop an application tracking system to help ease the pain of manually sorting through CVs during the process of recruiting new employees.
What We Did
After having a clear understanding of their needs, our team delivered an Application Tracking System to help the recruitment team filter through tonnes of applications with the click of a few buttons.
